HDP Co-chair Pervin BUldan reacting to the execution of ECHR verdict about Selahattin Demirtaş, said: "Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe must immediately step in, otherwise they will be an instrument of lawlessness." Buldan also addressed a question to AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and said: " Are you a Chief Justice or a president?
